We charge a small $29 fee to ensure serious inquiries only. This covers your 3D CAD design (normally $300) with no further obligation. You can take the design home and decide later.
We'll revise the 3D CAD until you absolutely love it — unlimited revisions are included at no extra charge. This step is crucial because once you approve the design and we begin crafting, the ring is a special order made just for you. Take your time with the CAD approval to ensure it's perfect.
Absolutely! We work with diamonds and gemstones you bring in, or we can help you select from our extensive inventory of lab-grown and natural GIA-certified diamonds.
Once you approve the CAD and place your order, your ring will be handcrafted in about 2 weeks. Total time from first consultation to ring in hand is typically 2-3 weeks.
Full payment is required when you place your order at your CAD review appointment. We offer 0% financing for 12 months with approved credit. Your designer will go over all payment options during your consultation.
Because custom rings are special orders made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns once production begins.
